Five Simple ways and facts by Going Green

Don’t burn plastics- It emits carbon dioxide (CO2). CO2 is the number one source of greenhouse gas through human activity. It warms the planet's surface to a temperature above what it would be. It traps the heat inside of the planet that causes change in the climate. The process is called Global Warming.

Plant more trees- Trees clean the air. Absorb CO2, removing and storing the carbon while releasing the oxygen back into the air. They also absorb odors and pollutant gases like nitrogen oxides, ammonia, sulfur dioxide and ozone and filter particulates out of the air by trapping them on their leaves and bark.

Garbage proper disposal- According to Wikipedia, “Waste management is the “generation, prevention, characterization, monitoring, treatment, handling, reuse and residual disposition of solid wastes”. There are various types of solid waste including municipal (residential, institutional, commercial), agricultural, and special (health care, household hazardous wastes, sewage sludge).”

Recycle-

Ride a bike- Putting your foot on a pedal of a bicycle gives you bunch of benefits. Among them are: you reduce the emission of greenhouse gas on the atmosphere, making yourself get. Cars are a major source of the pollution that is contributing to the environmental problems we have today. Using a bike to commute to and from work reduces the amount of pollution and can be far less stressful than sitting in traffic for an hour or more each way. Riding a bike to work and home is also a great way to get in a daily workout without having to hit the gym every day. Taking public transportation instead of driving has a lot of environmental benefits and riding a bike to and from the public transportation instead of driving a car will help the environment more.
